Curating | Art Critic 

 

As a curator and independant art critic, Camille Pradon provides professional support to  artists and aims at valorizing their work, but also their exhibitions, artist's books and catalogues.

 

Between 2016 and 2018 she assists Ismaïl Bahri for two major solo shows of the artist, Instruments at Jeu de Paume - Paris (curators Marta Gili and Marie Bertran, 2017) and Light gestures in an agitated landscape at the Verrière of Hermès Foundation - Brussels (curator Guillaume Désanges, 2018).

Since 2019, she has been working with the Cinémathèque of Saint-Étienne, for a "Carte Blanche" initiated in partnership with the Gabes Cinema Fen Festival and La Boîte - contemporary art space (Tunisia).

She signs her first curatorship in 2020, with the solo show of French photographer Adrien Chevrot, titled Comme si la pluie nous avait plu, at Point Commun (Annecy, France).

Since 2015, Camille Pradon has published her texts and interviews on the work of contemporary artists in various magazines, books and online platforms such as the Magazine du Jeu de Paume, the magazine Point Contemporain or also La Muette Editions...
